Wind Energy Assessment
Develop a Green Energy Plan
Going Green is great, but what should you use? Wind? Solar electric? Solar heat?
All of the above? This depends on your home, your electric needs and your budget.
Our job is to help you make informed decisions before you invest in a green energy
system.
Survey Your Property to See if Green Works for You
Wind turbines require wind. The more wind you have, the better. Our technicians
use data collected to assess historic wind patterns in your area and take wind
readings of your actual wind. The goal is to provide you with as accurate of a projection
of potential wind production as possible. If we do not think it will work, we will tell you.
Wind turbines are less stringent than solar. You do not need direct sunlight ... you
simply need wind. It also works 24/7, whereas solar only works during daylight hours.
Implement Your Green Energy Plan
Once your plan is designed, we order the panels, inverters, turbines and other
accessories you will need for your system. Our team will take care of the installation
for you and have you up and running in days. From placement of the system and
integration into your existing electrical panel to filing permits and helping you
comply with local ordinances, we help you every step of the way.
Maintain Your System
The maintenance costs of solar energy systems and wind turbine systems is relatively
low. Nonetheless, you should plan for routine maintenance of your system. The
cost is extremely low and will help keep your system working for years to come!

Can You Benefit from Wind?
A free wind survey will tell you whether or not wind is right for you.
Even if you think the wind in your yard is mild, keep in mind:
- The Energy Ball is mounted on top of your house or on a pole at higher altitudes
- For every 10 feet higher you mount the turbine, wind can increase by 1.25 MPH
- If you place the Energy Ball above the treeline, you will gain maximum benefit
