Heat Your Home with Solar Heating Tubes

Solar Heating Tubes Heat Your Home - Even in the Cold of Winter!

Solar Heating Tubes are vacuum sealed clear glass cylinders (tubes) that contain small hoses with water passing through a center tube inside the vacuum sealed cylinder.

Solar heat tubes lower your overall energy demand, not just your electric requirements, by helping you to produce hot water from sunlight.

By producing your hot water with heating tubes, you reduce the amount of hot water your boiler needs to produce using oil, gas or electricity.

Solar heating tubes can also be used to help heat your house. Many people are now using radiant heat, in which tubes of hot water are snaked below your floorboards. This efficient way of heating your house can take advantage of the hot water created through the solar heating tubes.

Gains from solar heating tubes are seen year round - even in the winter months.

Whether you are using oil, gas or electric produce hot water, you will see significant gains by integrating solar heating tubes into your personal green energy plan.

How Solar Heating Tubes Work

The outer tubes are constructed from High Quality Boron Silica, which makes the tubes both strong and energy efficient.

As sunlight enters the tubes, the infrared radiation found in sunlight hits reflector blades inside the outer tubes, causing those blades to heat.

Passing through the blades is a thin inner tube with water inside. The heat collected by the blades heats the water in the inner tube. producing hot water.

Because the cylinder that contains this is vacuum sealed, outside cold is not conducted to the inside materials, allowing you to efficiently draw heat from sunlight even in cold conditions.

The hot water captured by the solar heating tube is then circulated into your home, and can be used as hot water for any purpose, including radiant heat.

Advantages of Solar Heating Tubes

All homes need hot water, for showering, washing machines, cooking and, for some, radiant heat. With Solar Heating Tubes you can passively satisfy that demand with sunlight.

The system is simple to install and the collector tubes can be placed vertically, diagonally or horizontally. They can even be integrated into railing systems on the deck or patio.

The Solar Heating Tubes are:

  • Visually Appealing
  • Easy to install, operate and maintain
  • Extremely efficient
  • Quiet, producing no discernable noise or vibration
  • Capable of being mounted in a variety of places and positions vertically, horizontally or diagonally
  • Produce no CO2 emissions
  • Use sunlight, in a completely clean & renewable way

Solar Heating Tubes Produce Free Hot Water

When you think solar energy, you may think of producing electricity from the sun.

The sun does more than that ... it radiates heat on the earth. Solar Heating Tubes capture this heat and use it to heat water that can be used throughout your house.

These vacuum sealed systems work year-round, even during the coldest winter months.
